When will I expect my order to ship?

Depending on your location, you should expect your order to be delivered within 5-12 business days - that's including production time. Our canvases are hand-made in the U.S., so shipping averages 5-6 days, but orders to Canada can take up to 12 days.

You will receive tracking info via email and/or text message as soon as the order has shipped. 

What are your shipping carriers?

In order to get your product to you quickly and affordably we currently use FedEx. 

Do I have to pay for taxes or shipping?

No. The price you see is simply the price you pay! To better your shopping experience, shipping is made absolutely free, and taxes are already included in the price.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you are interested in purchasing 7 pieces or more, please contact support@chiquos.com for inquiries.

What do I receive when my order is delivered?

Your canvas will be ready to hang right out of the box. Installation is fast and easy with pre-installed custom hanging hardware.

What kind of quality are the canvases?

On top of design, Chiquos is known for quality and practicality. 

Handmade in the U.S.A., our gallery-wrapped canvases are scratch, fade, warp, and water-resistant. Built to last a lifetime around a sap, knot, and warp-free 100% Real European Pine Frame, each canvas is finger-jointed for extra strength and durability. Designs are digitally produced onto a 100% poly-cotton blend canvas with archival inks and a matte finish. This creates true-to-life color reproduction, ultimately making our art look as real as the original. Hand-stapled with care resulting in the tightest corners possible, each canvas comes with pre-installed hanging hardware, making it fast and easy to hang right out of the box.

To care for your canvas, simply wipe down gently with a clean, damp cloth every few months.

What is your return policy? 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we push it into production immediately. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it undamaged to us within 60 days and receive a full refund.

What measurements/dimensions do you use?

Most of our canvases come in the following dimensions depending on the design:

 

12 x 16 (Inches) = 30.48 x 40.64 (Centimeters)

18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)

30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)

40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)

Each canvas comes with a Standard .75" Wrap or a Gallery 1.5" Wrap. The .75" depth allows your canvas to stand out and is best if you plan to frame your art, while the 1.5" allows your canvas to look absolutely striking - as to why it is the most popular option.
